- Loading and unloading
- Basic disassembly and assembly
- Packing and unpacking
- Protecting homes, floors, doors, and property
- Following direction from Foremen
- Delivering professional customer service

LEVEL 2 — SENIOR MOVER / DRIVER
Become someone the crew can depend on.
Additional responsibilities may include:
- Advanced furniture handling
- Efficient truck loading and organization
- Driving company vehicles when qualified
- Assisting newer team members
- Identifying potential damage or safety concerns
- Helping the Foreman keep jobs organized and efficient

LEVEL 3 — FOREMAN
Lead the crew and take ownership of the job.
Foremen are responsible for:
- Leading moving crews
- Communicating professionally with customers
- Reviewing job details and expectations
- Assigning responsibilities
- Managing time and crew efficiency
- Maintaining quality-control standards
- Handling challenges on-site
- Protecting customer property
- Completing jobs according to Spartan Movers standards

LEVEL 4 — LEAD FOREMAN / FIELD SUPERVISOR
Help lead multiple crews and develop the next generation of Spartan leaders.
Responsibilities may include:
- Leading larger and more complex projects
- Training Movers and Foremen
- Maintaining company standards across crews
- Supporting field operations
- Inspecting equipment and trucks
- Assisting with project planning
- Solving field-level operational issues

They had a lower quote than the other movers in the area and did a much better job. I have moved 4 times in the DMV area and this was the easiest move by far. The gentleman that wrapped and moved my stuff were quick and super nice. They helped me with getting everything to the right place when we got to our destination and even though they had to go us 3 flights of stairs they crushed it.
